Return and Exchange

Goods of proper quality means a product that retains marketable appearance, packaging, components and consumer properties.
The exchange and return of goods of proper quality takes place in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

How to return goods of good quality:

  • Contact the manager of the online store on one of the phones listed on the site.
  • Voice the problem, take a picture of the product from three sides in such a way that the integrity of the product is visible.
  • Download and fill in "Application for exchange or return of goods".
  • After agreeing with the manager, send the goods in a convenient way for you.
  • Be sure to add the necessary documents that would confirm the purchase (check, invoice, statement).
  • Inform the manager of the track number of the parcel if sent by postal services.
  • Please note that the transport costs for the return of goods are reimbursed by the buyer.

The goods are not subject to exchange and return in the following cases:

  • More than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase of the goods;
  • If its settlement document (check, invoice) issued to the consumer together with the goods sold are lost;
  • If the goods were in operation, has traces of use: scratches, scuffs, chips;
  • If the original packaging is damaged or the product is not fully equipped.

We also ask you to study the list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange and return, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994::

  • Items of sangies;
  • Perfume and cosmetic products;
  • One-time type products (gloves, sheets, towels, etc.);
  • Goods in aerosol packaging.

Refunds:


Refunds are made after receipt of the goods by the Seller. The funds are sent to the bank account specified in the application. At the same time, the name of the person in whose name the bank account is opened must fully comply with the name and RNOKPP of the Payer, who made payment for the goods ordered on the website of the online store.


Please note:

  • The real colors of the products may differ from the colors and shades on the site, depending on the color of the monitor (such a product does not fall into the category of goods of inadequate quality);
  • Characteristics and equipment of the goods may be changed by the manufacturer without notification;
  • The difference between design elements or design from the description stated on the site is not a sign of inadequate quality;
  • The online store is not responsible for the changes made by the manufacturer.

The order is sent according to the tariffs of “Ukrposhta”. For the period of martial law, parcels are sent subject to 100% payment.

When paying, you redirect to the secure web page WayForPay, where you need to specify the details of your payment card: its number, validity period and CVV code


POSTPART (NEW POSHTA)
The order can be placed with cash on delivery (payment upon receipt). At the same time, you pay the cost of retroactively sending money - 20 UAH. and 2% commission. Pay attention! The order is stored for no more than 7 days, after this period is exhausted, it is sent back.
